FOUNDER'S JOURNEY

My Journey into the Heart of Early Childhood Education

More than fifteen years ago in Brunei, my daughter began preschooling at the International School Brunei (ISB). Like any parent, I was watchful and hopeful. But what began as curiosity soon turned into a heartfelt passion for early childhood education.

At ISB, I saw something beautiful—children nurtured with respect, patience, and creativity. Their learning wasn’t rushed. It was a partnership. Each child was seen, heard, and celebrated. That experience ignited something in me: I wanted to be a part of that world.

So I enrolled in ISB’s Early Years Education course. What I learned changed my perspective forever. Preschool isn’t just about academics—it’s about laying the foundation for a child’s emotional, social, and intellectual journey. I learned how important it is to meet children at their level, interpret their needs with empathy, and inspire them with kindness.

I went on to join ISB’s team of educators, where I embraced my role as a teacher & caregiver. Every child taught me something new—something to cherish.

A New Beginning in India

Returning to India, I searched for schools with similar values. But many prioritized academic pressure over holistic growth. That’s when I decided to build something of my own—starting with a small home preschool and daycare.

My very first student had a speech delay. Watching their growth across all areas—especially speech—was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when you combine care with the right environment.

Later, I took a leap of faith and opened a franchise preschool. Those years helped me refine my approach, gain deeper insights, and prepare for the next step—launching my own brand.

Today, I bring together years of experience, love, and learning into a preschool built on the values I hold close: Care, Confidence, Creativity, and Culture.

I see every child as a universe of potential. And I believe we must walk beside them—not ahead or behind. We must listen, respect, and respond with heart.

I am proud to be a caregiver, an educator, and above all, someone who truly loves children. Because when children feel cared for, their confidence blossoms—and that’s when the magic begins.
